When it is done, add the prepared paneer cubes. Then add the blanched tomatoes into the mixie and grind it.(I used the small Jar so i grind it by adding two tomatoes initially and then other two.

  1. Heat a pan and dry roast, red chillies, whole garam masala. Remove cool and grind it to a fine powder
  2. Soak cashews, almonds and poppy seeds and melon seeds in water for 20minutes. Grind it to a paste
  3. Heat a thick bottomed pan, add ghee, chopped garlic, onion. Stir fry for 3minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5minutes more. Cool and grind to a paste.
  4. Pour the red paste in the pan, cook for 2minutes, add red masala powder, almonds paste, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder
  5. Add chopped paneer cubes. Let it boil for 5minutes. Add crushed kasuri methi
  6. Just before serving sprinkle some crumbled paneer.

If you Heat oil in a kadai,shallow fry the Paneer and take it out. Add cumin seeds and hing in the same kadai, once the seed splutter add the cinnamon sticks.
