- Add salt and sugar as per your taste. Chana dal like little sweet. Mix it nicely. Chana dal is ready to serve.
- Boil water and add salt,after you rinse,pour fresh water into a lage sauce pan with a tight fitted lid.
- Pour the rice Stir once or just enough to separate the rice.
- Cover the pot and simmer fluff rice with a fork.
