- Take 4 Green unripe plantains
- Get 1 bulb onion diced
- Make ready 4 fresh habanero pepper diced

- Prepare 2 knorr cubes
- Get 1 Cksp blended Crayfish

- Wash the unripe plantains, Remove the green skin and cut into bits - Set Aside
- Place the chopped plantain into a pot. Add little water then add fish and onions, allow it cook for at least 5 minutes, add pepper, bouillon cube, salt, cover pot and cook for another 8minutes
- Add crayfish and palm oil. Check for salt and seasoning if need be. Cook for about 15mins till it softens.
- Reduce heat and add scented leave turn off heat after 5mins and serve.
