  2. Get 2 tbsp ghee

Litti Chokha is a delicacy from the state of Bihar made with stuffed whole wheat dough balls with roasted chana dal and spices inside. Steps to make Litti Chokha:
  1. In a wheat flour add ghee, ajwain and salt and make a dough.
  2. Now for filling in Chana sattu add chopped onion, salt, amchoor powder, red chilli powder and little water and mix it well.
  3. Now make small peda from dough and fill it with sattu filling and then grill it in microwave for 20 microwave or you can also use gas tandoor to grill it.
  4. When it gets ready dip it in ghee and serve it your little is ready.
  5. For chokha mash boiled potatoes and add chopped onion and grilled mash tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, chopped green chilli and mix it well. Now chokha is ready.
  6. For baigan bharta put cooker on gas flame and heat it than add 2 tbsp oil, chopped green chilli, chopped onion and fry it. When it gets little brown add chopped tomato, salt, red chilli, garam masala and mix it than add chopped brinjal, coriander leaves and mix it.
  7. Lower gas flame and wait till 3 whistle and than turn off gas flame and after that mix bharta properly and mash it and add coriander leaves. Now baigan bharta is ready.
