Jab chicken 80% done ho jaye tu ate ko pani main ghol kr mix krein aur aur chicken main add krein aur mix krti rahein take neche lage nahi flem slow rakhein jab ata ache sy mix ho jaye gravy ghari lage tu thora pani add kr lein aur slow flame pr 15 min pakain us k bad jo masale pees kr rakhe the wo add krein ache sy mix krein 5 min mazeed dam pr pakain phir flem off kr dein aub 2 tbsp oil garam krein aur 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch dal kr ye tarka nihari pr dal dein aur cover krden ready hai
