  6. Now add chicken pieces mix it and cook for 3 minutes then add little water to adjust the consistency and cook for 2 minutes and at last add fresh cream and Kasturi methi mix it and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and switch off the flame.
  7. Now in the centre place a small bowl and put the burnt charcoal and pour 1 tsp ghee and quickly cover the lid and leave for 5-6 minutes then remove it and serve.
  8. Enjoy.
