  7. Refrigerate the folded pastry for another 30 mins, meanwhile preheat the oven at 220°C.
  8. Brush milk on top of refrigerated pastry and keep in the preheated oven for around 30-35 mins till it's light golden brown.
  9. Once it's golden brown, take it from the oven and place on the cooling rack.
