  6. Then in a same pan add Oil when oil is hot add kathal, Gobhi and green chilli mix it well stir fry for one min in medium flame then add all masala powder along with turmeric, red chilli and salt
  7. After cool down add vinegar or lemon juice mix it well achar is ready store in a jaar
  8. Keep this achar in a sun dry for 3-4 day to observe all the spicies after that u enjoy this achar
  9. For longer storage of this achar fill jaar with mustard oil
  10. You can make kathal and gobhi without boil also
  11. You can fry kathal and gobhi till soft in medium flame
