  1. Heat the oil for deep frying in a deep non stick pan and deep fry the jackfruit.drain on an absorbent paper and sprinkle little salt all over the fried jackfruit evenly and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan add the cumin seeds onions and tomatoes the paste and add all masala saute on medium flame 5-6 mint.
  3. Add the fried jackfruit mix well and cook on medium flame for 2-4 mint while stirring occasionally.
  4. Jackfruit sabzi is ready.
