- Now heat the pan put little bit of oil when it is heated add the jack fruit mix it well give it a stir for few minutes when it is thickened add the mix in the plate make small balls and keep aside.
- Now put another pan in the oven put oil fry all jack fruit balls for making kofta.
- Now put ghee in the same pan add the bay leaves, garam masala, and the hing powder and stir.
- Now add the onion tomato masala keep stirring add the termaric powder and red chilli powder mix well keep a stir
- When oil comes out from the gravy add the jeera dhania powder, garam masala powder give it a well mix
- Next add the kashmir red chilli powder, mango powder, kasuri methi mix well add the honey
- Add required water mix well boil in high flame of the oven for few minutes then low the flame of the oven
- Now gravy is ready. Pour it in the copta. Delicious jack fruit copta curry is ready for serving
