- Wash kpanla and kpomo and place in a clean pot. Add seasoning cube, Sliced Onions and salt,add one and half cup of water and cook for 5minutes
- Add Red oil to the fish and cook for 2minutes
- Grind fresh pepper together with native seasoning, onions and crayfish. Add the mixture to the fish and stir
- Add the Onga seasoning powder, stir. Cook for 5minutes
- Add grounded melon to the soup without stirring and leave for 3minutes. Then stir to make melon seed visible and cook for another 3minutes
- Add already washed and cut bitter leaf to the soup and stir. Cook for 3minutes and bring down.
- Serve with pounded yam or garri.
