  4. Then add well beaten curd and mix it well. When oil starts separating from the gravy add kathal pieces.
  5. Stir it for a 2 min. Flame should be in low medium.
  6. Cook it for like 10 min. Add little bit of water. Stir it for 2 min then add soaked rice. Mix it well and add water.
  7. Rice should be fully cover in water. Don't add more than that. Cook for 1-2 whistle and it's done.
