- Boil the milk till it becomes half in quantity
- Take a 1/2 cup of milk and add milk powder and mix well Now add slowly in the previously boiled milk and stir it continually.
- Take 1 tbsp chilled milk and add coffee powder and 1/2 tsp sugar and mix well Now add to the previous milk mixture and mix well cook for few minutes and cool down
- Beat heavy cream with electric beater till floppy and smooth and keep aside
- Now all ingredients mix together(milk -coffee mixture and beaten heavy cream) - Now put ice cream in airtight container and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
- After 1 hour again beat ice cream with the help of electric beater for 7-8-minutes
- Again chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hour until the set up
- Choco coffee ice cream is ready
- Garnish with grated chocolate
If you do not have an ice cream maker pour the mixture into a metal bowl and freeze for four hours. The McConnell Coffee Ice Cream is speckled with chocolate, not big chunks like chocolate chips. I won't judge if you use mini chocolate chips. Add the chocolate shavings just before the ice cream is ready. Normally, I'll transfer my homemade ice cream to a container and freeze it to make it a little.
