This traditional korean braised tofu dish (Dubu Jorim) is best served cold - a little bit spicy I either have a lot of homemade kimchi in my future (unlikely) or this dubu jorim tofu dish-which is far more.   1. Break the indomie into pieces and cook with some water till tender (without the seasoning)
  2. Drain the indomie and set aside.in a bowl break 6 eggs add the vegges and green pepper,diced onions,,spices and the indomie seasoning you can add more seasoning if needed. Whisk till combined then add the strained indomie and mix well. Pour reasonable amount in santana and cook in boiling water.
  3. When cooked set aside to cool then cut to pieces and fry using the remaining egg to coat.
  4. For the sauce,in a pan add some oil and some chopped onion fry till soft then add the ketchup,pepper flakes,seasoning and spices,soysauce and some water.
  5. Add in the indomie tofu and stir then add in the sesame oil and green onions allow to cook for a few mins for the sauce and flavours to infuse in the tofu.enjoy!
