- To Make butter cream: take a mixing bowl, add butter, milk, vanilla essence and whisk it until smooth, gradually add sugar and beat well. Once it reached creamy texture stop beating and keep it in refrigerator.
- To Make cake batter: take a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites. Beat it until forty, then add yellow part, vanilla essence, orange juice, butter and mix well. Once done add all the dry ingredients. Mix using cut and goals method. It should be in flowing consistency.
- Baking : in the meantime of preparing cake batter, preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 min. Take a mould, grease with butter and dust with flour. Then pour the batter in mould. Keep in centre rack. Set 180°c and 30 min in oven. Check with toothpick.
- Cool down the cake and decorate with orange pulp and frosting.
