- In a blender, blend the onions to a smooth paste and set aside. In a blender, blend tomato into a puree and set aside.
- Boil the eggs. Remove the shells. Prick each egg with a fork and set aside.

- Add the whole garam masala alongwith bay leaf. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add the onion paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
- Add the tomato puree and saute on low flame.
- Add water. Mix well and cover and cook on low-medium flame for about 5-7 minutes or till oil separates. When boiled, add salt.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add potato pieces, boiled and fried eggs and garam masala powder. Add 1 tsp ghee. Stir gently and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes.
- Check the seasoning and adjust it according to your taste. The gravy should be thick. Turn off the gas and add kasuri methi. Mix it and cover this for 3 minutes. Then serve it.
