All Indian savories are served with this Green Chutney and/or the Tamarind - Date Chutney. I simply made mint chutney and cucumber sandwiches and I'll be having it often now. I personally love this Coriander Mint Yogurt Chutney with Tandoori Chicken, but it also goes very well with many different kinds of meats, grilled veggies, cheeses, and even paneer tikkas, and kebabs. Moreover, you can use this green chutney for samosa and other kinds of chaats too.

Instructions to make GREEN CHUTNEY/MINT CHUTNEY:
  1. Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer jar until smooth(except curd).
  2. Transfer the chutney to bowl and mix the curd. Serve with pakors or biryani or samosa or use as spread in sandwich and rolls😋.
