  2. Mix well then add cinnamon
  3. Mix then make a well and add milk.
  4. Knead until soft but no so soft,then cover the bowl for 15-20mins.
  5. Roll out the dough to about an inch of thickness and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
