- For chokha-Take boiled potato roasted brinjal and roasted tomato first remove their peels and mash it properly…add salt chopped green chilli coriander leaves and mustard oil mix properly…chokha ready
- For mustard chutney-Take black mustard, curd and salt in a mixer jar and grind it…if required add some water. Mustard chutney is ready.
- For tamarind chutney-Take a bowl put tamarind add 1/2cup water and soak it for 20 mints then add salt,mirch powder and sugar and mix it tamarind sweet and sour chutney is ready.
