Steps to make Faraali sev puri chaat:
  1. To prepare faraali puris…add both flours in mixing bowl add grated boiled potato,salt,oil mix and bind with lukewarm water to firm tight dough.
  2. Take a portion from dough..roll with shingara flour (dusting)..into 6 inch roti..keep little thick..cut with round cutter..prick the puris with fork.. similarly make all with remaining dough.Deep fry in hot oil on slow flame till golden brown and crispy.
  3. To prepare potato mixture..in non stick pan add heat oil add jeera to spluttter,add green chillies ginger paste,saute,add boiled potatoes roughly chopped,salt and lemon juice mix well and keep aside.
  4. To make coriander & peanut chutney..in mixer jar first grind green chillies ginger and peanut with salt…then add chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice..grind to smooth paste with little water.
  5. To prepare faraali sev puri chaat.. arrange 6-7 puris in plate.
  6. On this arrange puris place potato mixture.
  7. On it sprinkle coriander and peanut chutney
  8. Garnish with faraali chiwda.Serve and relish.
