- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and black pepper and cook for 2 mins. Now add chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minits.
- Now add washed rice and mix it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add heat water to it. And let it cooked until it cook 80 %.
- Now add salt and mint leaves to it. And cook it by covering for 5 miniuts. Rice is ready. Keep aside.
- Now in another pan heat oil and add all whole spices and cook it for 2 minutes. Now add chopped chilli and garlic and gain fry for 2.miniutes.
- Now add chopped cabbage and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add all spices cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add tomato, salt and corn again cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup of water and cook it untuk 3 whistle. Let it cool and open the lid.Curry is cooked.
- Now proceed for layering. For laying divide the rice into 3 parts. Put one part in a bottom if a pan. Add sprinkle some chiwada powder and few gathiya and coriander and mint leaves on it. Now add some form of curry on it. Repeat the same step for another laying.
- One layering is done cook the biryani for 5 to minutes on low flame again by covering. Corn biryani is ready.
