  13. Make ready 2 tbsp Finely chopped onion -

  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp Finely chopped garlic cloves -
  16. Get 1 tbsp Mustard oil -
  17. Prepare to taste Salt -
  18. Take 1 tsp Lemon juice -
  19. Get 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves -
  20. Prepare 4 tbsp Water -
  21. Take For chokha
  22. Get 1 Bharta baingan large
  23. Take 1 Tomato -
  24. Prepare 1 Chopped onion -
  25. Get 2 Chopped green chily -
  26. Take 3 - 4 Chopped garlic cloves -
  27. Prepare to taste Salt -
  28. Take 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Litti Chokha is a delicacy from the state of Bihar made with stuffed whole wheat dough balls with roasted chana dal and spices inside. These stuffed balls are known as Litties are usually roasted over.

Steps to make Litti chokha:
  1. For littiTake a large bowl add wheat flour,semolina,baking powder,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt,turmeric powder and oil and mix well.
  2. Make a stiff dough with the help of water.
  3. The texture should be crumbly keep aside for 30 mins.
  4. Take a large bowl add above listed stuffing ingredients and mix well.
  5. Now stuffing is ready.
  6. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  7. Stuff the filling in the dough.
  8. Wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
  9. Preheat oven for 10 mins. in 250,c
  10. Grease oven wire with oil.
  11. Place the bati in preheated oven for 5 mins.
  12. Flip it over till brown.
  13. Deep in the clarified butter and serve hot. with baingan bharta
  14. For baingan bharta
  15. Wash and clean the baingan
  16. Stalk trimmed and partially slit into quarters and prick the baingan
  17. Now keep in the microwave safe bowl
  18. Microwave baingan for six mins and tomato for 3 mins
  19. Cool down for some time,remove the skin of the baingan and tomato and mash it
  20. Add green chilli,garlic cloves,coriander leaves,salt and finely chopped onion in the mashed baingan tomato and mix well.
  21. Garnish with coriander leaves
