- Assemble; Take a lemon sized ball of dough, make cavity and stuff a teaspoon of the filling. Pinch from edges and seal the dough.
- Place the balls in a greased baking tray. Apply some ghee. Preheat oven @200C
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tray flip the littis and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Once you see the cracks on the littis, it means they are cooked from inside.
- Remove from oven and serve with melted ghee and prepared chokha. This can be packed for kids tiffin, so they can have nutritious meal at school
