  8. Roast brinjal and tomato on the gas in a medium flame..remove the skin
  9. Using a masher mash brinjal tomato, potato, ginger garlic
  10. Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and mustard oil.. Mix it.. Serve it
