Litti Chokha is a delicacy from the state of Bihar made with stuffed whole wheat dough balls with roasted chana dal and spices inside. - Sieve the flour. Add all the ingredients, knead dough with warm water. It should not be soft.
- Cover the dough and let it seat for 30 minutes.

- Roast the tomato and garlic in gas for 12-15 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down. Peel the skin. Take it in a bowl and mash it.
