  6. Fill the stuffing and bring all sides to the middle and seal it completely. Put some dough over it and flatten.
  7. Place litti in preheated cooker. And cook it. We can also make litti in appe pan. Continue flipping it in between.
  8. Roast the tomato and garlic in gas for 12-15 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down. Peel the skin. Take it in a bowl and mash it.
  9. Add this to the mashed potatoes. Add onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil and salt. Give it a good mix.
  10. Dip the hot litti in ghee and serve with chokha and spicy green coriander chutney.
