  13. Take 1 pinch turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp amchur powder (optional)

  2. Divide fried poha into 3 parts.
  3. In first part add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1tbsp red chilli powder,salt to taste,2 tbsp powder sugar,2 tbsp roasted peanuts,2 tbsp roasted gram dal,fried 2- green chillies pieces,few fried curry leaves,1/4 tsp aamchur powder(optional).mix well.Store in airtight jar.
  4. To make diet chiwda(white)
  5. In second part of fried poha add salt to taste and 2 tsp powdered sugar.Add 3 tbsp besan sev…mix well.Store in airtight jar.
  6. To make dried coriander leaves flavour chiwda(green)
  7. In third part of fried poha add a pinch of turmeric powder,roasted peanuts, roasted gram dal,fried 2- green chillies pieces,fried curry leaves,salt to taste, 2 tsp sugar powder and 2 tbsp dried coriander leaves powder,1/4 tsp aamchur powder (optional)mix well and store in airtight jar.
  8. For turmeric powder and red chilli powder flavour.
  9. Serve/Relish Tricolor chiwda anytime you wish to eat.
