Combine the cauliflower, oil and salt in a large bowl; toss to coat well. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. For the black beans: In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the black beans with their liquid and the sriracha.

  5. Tips: If you skipped the jalapeño pickles, you can adding 2tsp of fresh lemon juice. 🙏
