Steps to make Kothmari Chiwda:

  2. Now fry all poha, on high flame by putting fistful at a time. Put on strainer to remove excess oil.
  3. Now place chopped coriander leaves in another deep soup-strainer and then place it hot oil to fry till crispy.
  4. Now in a mixing bowl add all the above fried ingredients. Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar powder,garam masala and salt, mix all gently.
  5. Store in an airtight glass jar. Serve/ Relish delicious Kothmari Chiwda at tea time.
