- Add melted chinagrass, coconut milkcream, grated coconut and sugar to the milk mixture.
- Let it boil and off the flame.
- Transfer this into your pudding tray and let it cool down.
- Top it with grated white chocolate and cashew nuts powder. (You can also top it with whip cream)
- Refrigerate it for 3 - 4 hours. - Creamy coconut pudding is ready to be served.
