  9. Place on a parchment. Sprinkle nuts and seeds of your choice. Put this dough with the parchment in the preheated deep pot (oven proof). Cover with a tight lid. Bake at 250 ° for 30 minutes
  10. Uncover and bake further for another 15 to 20 minutes for a nice crusty surface.
