Steps to make Poha:
  1. In a large bowl wash poha 2- 3 times and drain out water.
  2. Add turmeric powder, black salt, red chilli powder, sugar, some salt and lemon juice into soaked poha and mix properly. Rest it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds saute for a minute, add green chilies and onion saute till onion get translucent. Now add potatoes and sprinkle some salt and cover it. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  4. When potatoes cooked completely saute for a while on high flame to get golden brown colour. Now simmer the gas add soaked poha and cover it. Stir it occasionally until poha cook.
  5. Serve poha in a plate, garnish it according to your desired taste sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot.
