  1. Wash and soak the poha. Heat oil in a kadai, crackle mustard seed, then add green chillies, curry leaves and groundnuts. Cook for a while or till the nuts get little crispy.
  2. Now add the potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Add 2-3 tsp of water. Cover and cook till the potatoes are soft and tender.
  3. Now add the poha. Add salt if reqd, add sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook for another 5 mins on slow flame. Remove in a serving plate, sprinkle the lime juice, garnish it with a sprig of coriander leaf. Can enjoy it with some aloo bhujiyas❤.
