Instructions to make Dadpe Poha:
  1. Seive flatten rice /poha,to remove powder part from it. Wash it strainer and keep aside for 2 mins.
  2. Add & mix chopped onion, grated coconut,sugar powder, salt and squeeze lemon juice on it. Mix gently.
  3. In small tadka pan add, heat oil. Add mustard seeds,as it splutter add tumeric powder, chopped green chillies, curry leaves,hing.(As I had fried peanutsso didn't fry, but you can fry raw peanuts in oil, in this tadka pan, before preparing tadka)
  4. Pour this tadka on soaked poha- onion-coconut mixture. Keep cover for 5-10 minutes. Mix gently.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Dadpe Poha, garnishing with fried peanuts, channa dal namkeen and tomato pieces,corainder leaves in breakfast.
