  1. Take poha in a strainer,wash directly under f tap water..and drain out extra water..poha will absorb required water..now add a lemon juice..and pinch of haldi roughly mix and leave it in strainer..it will gv extra flavor to the poha..

Now tak a pan add oil,,add mustard seeds and curry leaves,,now add sliced onions and green chilli saute until translucent..add tomatoes..cook until oil releases..add boiled and diced potatoes.add salt,pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,amchoor..now add 1 spoon of malai or curd..isse poha bht soft rehta hai..saute well and add poha..now cook for 5 min on low flame..add half spoon of lemon juice..
  3. Now serve it on plate..add roasted peanuts. And I can add any bhujiya of ur choice..and serve hot..and enjoy
