  2. Take 100 gr peanuts without shell
  3. Get 50 grams sugar (sweeten according to taste)
  4. Prepare 75 g Java sugar/palm sugar
  5. Take 3 tbsp milk powder
  6. Take 100 ml water
  7. Make ready 1 egg, beaten
  8. Take Oil for frying

  5. When finished frying, chill banana first before serving.
  6. While waiting for the bananas to be cold, make the sauce by melting the Java sugar/palm sugar and adding 1 tbsp milk powder and water left from earlier.
  7. Serve bananas topped with sugar sauce on top.
