- Now close the lid to allow the tomatoes and all the vegetables to soften.
- Let the tomatoes be soften and thick gravy forms in the Undhiyu.
- Keep the flame on medium.
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients of methi gota and make a semi thick pakora like batter.
- Fry the methi gota in hot oil and add the got as in the Undhiyu. Mix well.
- Add jaggery.If u wish add red chilli powder according to your child's taste.
- Slow the flame and let a thick gravy form.
- After few minutes Off the flame and sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves.
- U can also pack this yummy Undhiyu for lunch box.
- Serve Piping hot Undhiyu with Puri or bread
