  15. Take 4-5 pieces sweet potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  16. Make ready 2 pieces drumsticks cut into pieces
  17. Get 2 raw bananas cut into big pieces
  18. Take 3 cups tomatoes cut into pieces
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Prepare 2 medium pieces of jaggery
  21. Get For making methi gota
  22. Prepare 1 bunch methi leaves
  23. Take 1 small cup gram flour
  24. Prepare 1 Pinch red chilli powder
  25. Prepare 1/4 tsp dhania powder
  26. Take 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  27. Take 1 tsp Oil for gota
  28. Take 1 Pinch soda
  29. Get to taste sugar
  30. Get to taste Salt,
  31. Take as needed water to make gota dough
  32. Get as needed Oil for frying

  4. Close the lid for few minutes and let it simmer.
  5. Now add pieces of suran,Sweet potatoes,drum sticks and raw bananas and mix the veggies.
  6. Again close the lid to simmer
  7. Add tomatoes and salt.
  8. Mix all the vegetables.
  9. Now close the lid to allow the tomatoes and all the vegetables to soften.
  10. Let the tomatoes be soften and thick gravy forms in the Undhiyu.
  11. Keep the flame on medium.
  12. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients of methi gota and make a semi thick pakora like batter.
  13. Fry the methi gota in hot oil and add the got as in the Undhiyu. Mix well.
  14. Add jaggery.If u wish add red chilli powder according to your child's taste.
  15. Slow the flame and let a thick gravy form.
  16. After few minutes Off the flame and sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves.
  17. U can also pack this yummy Undhiyu for lunch box.
  18. Serve Piping hot Undhiyu with Puri or bread
