- Roast Curry leaves and powders with little oil. dont roast more than 2 minutes.
- In a mixer grinder, put all the roasted ingredients and add about a teaspoon of Hing and salt to taste and grind it all together.
- Don't grind it too powdery, let the texture of the mixture be a little coarse.
- Enjoy steamed idli with Gun powder mixed with Coconut oil or Ghee or Gingelly oil.
- My Tip: - - I mostly prefer Gingelly oil. Its more healthy and enhance taste.l
