- For peri peri masala.mix all the spices listed below peri peri masala powder,It can be stored in jar keeping it in a cool dry place
- Add the poha in a strainer & wash it with water mixing it with light hands, drain excess water, add salt to taste, sugar & lime juice mix with light hands and rest for 10 mins
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves saute in for few seconds add green chilles, onion and fry onion till translucent
- Next to this add grated carrot, sweet corn saute for 2 mins
- Now to this add turmeric, peri peri seasoning, mix well and add soaked poha, stir and cook for further 2-3mins,now add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
- Peri peri poha is ready to serve, serve hot, you can also sprinkle some roughly broken peanuts for extra crunch
- Note - you can Peri Peri seasoning more or less according to your taste
