Boil water in a deep pan. Shahi Paneer Korma is an exquisite main dish recipe, which has a thick gravy made of almonds, low fat cream and yoghurt along with a melange of whole and ground spices. - Cool it down and make a paste of this adding cashew nuts, raisins and Poppy seed
- Heat oil in the pan temper shahi jeera, whole garam masalas and bay leaf
- Add the parwals saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Cover and keep on low flame for 10 mnts or so
- Remove the cover and fry the parwals well
- Add the masala paste mix well
- Add red chilli powder and sugar
- Beat the curd well and add it in to the masala mix well
- Finally add fennel seeds powder and switch off the oven
- Serve it with main course
