- Add the green chilies, 1 diced onion mix it well then add 5-8 curry leaves, Peas, 1 medium size Potato and add half tsp salt. Blend and fry. Let them cook, well mixed for 8-10 minutes. Make sure potato and peas are completely cooked before moving on.
- Add the poha, fry peanuts and stir it well. Mix everything into the poha and lower the heat to medium-low. Keep cooking everything together until poha is hot and ready to serve.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
