- Fry well till oil seprates, next add deep fried onion paste, kasoori methi, kitchen king masala and fry for 2 mins, next simmer the flame and add yogurt
- Next add chicken, salt, 1 cup water close the lid and cook for 5 mins.next to this add almond paste, and finally add Fresh cream and garam masala powder cook for another 5 mins and switch off the flame
- Garnish with sliced almonds, deep fried onion and coriander leaves
- Shahi korma is ready to serve
- Note : you can use chicken with bone also
- Add spice as per ur taste more or less (as it's mild spicy dish)
