  4. Now add cauliflower & potatoes. Add little salt. Keep the flame on high. Cover and cook till the veggies start browning.
  5. Add all the dry masala except amchur. Add some water for the masala to cook.
  6. As soon as the veggies become tender (cut a piece with your spatula) add tomatoes.
  7. Let the tomatoes become tender,then add methi & amchur powder. Give it a good toss & vola ready

Add all the dry masalas ( red chili powder, coriander - cumin powder, garam masala ) and ginger garlic paste to it. Mix them well and cook for two minutes stirring in between. Toss it gently with the masala. Sprinkle garam masala along with fresh coriander leaves. Dhaba style Aloo Gobhi masala is ready to serve with hot chapati, parantha or rice and dal.
