- Now fry the chopped onions and keep aside
- Now add ghee in the pan and add whole garam masala i. e cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamon.
- Now add onion paste ginger paste garlic paste salt and stir well
- Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for sometime and mix it well
- Now add cashewnut paste mix well then add curd and stir for sometime..
- Now add the boil eggs and fried onions and mix well with masala
- Now add milk for gravy.. When it comes to boil add garam masala paste..
