  5. Now take separate pan and add the ghee to it.once the ghee is hot and melted,drop the paneer cubes in ghee to warm them up.toss the paneer in ghee for couple of minutes.add them to the prepared gravy along with one cup of water.stir everything well to mix thoroughly.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 5 more minutes.after 5 minutes, uncover the pan and check the consistency of gravy.it should not be too watery.
  7. Finally sprinkle some coriander leavs and serve the spicy Dhaba Style Paneer Masala with naan, roti, kulcha.
