- Now on a bowl put rava,curd mix it well.as required start adding water.make a smooth batter.now add soda and keep aside for 10minutes.
- On a high flame bring enough water to boil in an idli steamer.
- Grease your idle plates lightly.
- Fill the molds with batter.
- When the water begins to bubble and steams up place the stand in the steamer.cover it.
- After 10minutes switch off the flame and keep it aside for 2minutes.now remove the idlies.
- On a pan put ghee and podi powder.staire it.now add idlies and cover it with podi powder..rava idli podi is rrady to serve.
