- Now add tomato chopped.. Add salt… Stir continuously.. Let it comes out oil… .
- Add spinach puree.. Stir.. Let it boil.
- Meanwhile heat a frying pan n drizzle with butter..
- Place the paneer cubes on pan.. Let it toss one side for two minutes.. Flip another side.. Drizzle butter again.. Toss both sides till brown.. Don't over cook.
- Now paneer cubes transfer into spinach gravy.. Add black pepper too.. Let it boil for two minutes.
- Special notes… If need u can add 1/2 cup water.. Gravy should not be runny.. It would be like mango pulp in thickness..
- Now off the fire n add lemon juice. Mix well.. Garnish with fresh cream.
- Enjoy with Indian nan bread, kulcha or garlic bread.
