  5. Now put mushroom in curry,add water according to your curry thickness,and cook with cover for 10 minutes medium to low flame,

Mushrooms - I use a mixture of chestnut/brown mushrooms and Portobello mushrooms for this curry. The shallot, garlic, thyme chicken and mushrooms were delicious all on their own. I also warm my chicken with mushroom soup sometimes to.
