- Now take same pan clean it add oil and put cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,and 2 dry red chilli,saute 2 minutes,than add grinded onion and garlic,and ginger garlic paste,cook until brown in colour,
- Now add spinach puree,stir continuously for 2 minutes than add all spices,mix well,now add tomato puree,mix well,
- Now put mushroom in curry,add water according to your curry thickness,and cook with cover for 10 minutes medium to low flame,
- Now open it and put paneer,mix well,turn off the flame,spinach curry with paneer and mushroom is ready to serve,

Mushrooms - I use a mixture of chestnut/brown mushrooms and Portobello mushrooms for this curry. The shallot, garlic, thyme chicken and mushrooms were delicious all on their own. When they were melted in a crusty roll they were so satisfying. I use feta cheese, whole wheat rolls, and frozen spinach is fine if you don't have fresh. I also warm my chicken with mushroom soup sometimes to.
