  2. Now boil water and add gradually to sooji. Stir continuously. No lumps should be there. Cook for 2 min. Now add sugar to it and stir continously till it becomes thick.
  3. Soak saffron in 1 tbsp water and add to halwa. Now add cardamom powder and nuts to it. Tasty halwa is ready to serve.
